Cranborne was established on 4th September 2011 with its initial objective to tap into real estate investment in the United Kingdom.
In realising its objective, we had acquired a 3-star 162-bedroom hotel ideally located within Zone 1 of London, south of the River Thames, near Waterloo Bridge. The Hotel’s location had an excellent connectivity throughout London via nearby Underground and bus stops, and also located close to the famous attractions, including the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Hyde Park, which are all within walking distance.
This first property acquisition has expanded Cranborne’s investment portfolio in the real estate sector in the United Kingdom.
As we move to the next chapter in our corporate growth, we are aiming to add strength to our real estate portfolio by discovering opportunities and venturing into other assets portfolio.
